The Local Economic and Community Plan (LECP) is a tool for delivering actions from national and regional strategies at a local level. It is designed to integrate actions and initiatives related to economic and community development in Tipperary into a single unified strategy. Implementing this Plan will involve Tipperary County Council helping to facilitate, promote, support, and coordinate stakeholders in their activities in a way that is consistent with existing and emerging plans setting out public policy for sustainable development, including that relating to the economy, communities, infrastructure, land use tourism and environmental protection and environmental management.
We would like to thank all our communities, enterprises and partners who helped and supported us to deliver the LECP for Co Tipperary. Over the Lifetime of the Plan, it will facilitate Co Tipperary to be a sustainable, progressive and climate resilient county, underpinned by inclusive, healthy, empowered communities and a dynamic economy.
